I am unable to sign your appeal because I consider it evasive on the
subject of nuclear energy.  Therefore, I believe that its effects, if
any, are likely to be harmful.  I do not believe that the problem of
global warming can be successfully addressed in the United States
without a revival of nuclear energy.
